Hello! I am Prasina Parameswaran. I am a User Experience (UX) and Instructional Designer (ID). I graduated with my Education Specialist degree from Utah State University, Logan, Utah. My work includes inclusive teaching and learning pratices, socio-cultural theory, and transformational teaching learning practices in higher education. I am committed to providing high-quality education and personalized learning experiences through my work and prior teaching experiences. My goal is to foster a love for learning and empower our students to reach their full potential through innovative teaching methods and a supportive community.

This proposal outlines a Reference Service Training module for student workers in the Access
Services Unit in the Merrill-Cazier Library at USU to help student employees improve their customer service skills and knowledge of library resources and tools.
